Who is considered foreign?

For tax purposes, foreigners are individuals (persons) or legal entities (companies, associations or civil societies, among others) that are governed by the legislation of another country, for reasons of nationality, address, residence, place of operation among, other criteria. 


To explain applicable tax regime, we will divide foreigners into:
